Autumn Beckons

I took this photo this weekend – some leaves are already starting to change here in Wisconsin.

The days gets shorter, there’s less time to get out and get shots after work, the weather becomes less cooperative and dramatic thunderstorms and related clouds disappear until next spring. Still, I’m excited for my first autumn as a more “serious” photographer. Bright-colored leaves, a few bright blue cloudless skies… definitely some enjoyable images ready to be captured.

One of the great things about photography is learning to find the best things about the worst situations. Another life lesson learned through a viewfinder.
