Overhead Down Below

A really good photographer – photographers much better than I, can take the most mundane, uninteresting objects and scenes and turn them into beautiful, interesting, anything but mundane artwork. This is a skill I would love to perfect.

The photo here is of a metal overhead door at a windmill factory in Wisconsin. I flipped the photo upside down to add interest… the blue field at the bottom is actually the sky.

Looking at the world in a different way – another viewfinder life lesson.
