Why the tip of just this one leaf?
Did it get less sunlight? More?
Is it the oldest leaf on the branch? The weakest?
Will it be the first to fall? The last?

How many things in nature are left to chance? How much of it is by deliberate design?

Was this leaf just a product of chance?
