HBW – Now on the Web

I hate spiders – hate ’em. Still, I saw this web hanging between two tree branches and had to get the shot.

I admit I got this one the safe way – with the longest lens in my bag. But I didn’t stop there. I put on my 50mm f/1.4, held my breath and got in close.

I took two quick shots then ran into the house and right into the shower… You can never be too careful with spiders.

Face your fears and watch out for spiders – another life lesson learned through a viewfinder.
